Keeping Safety Front and Centre: Monthly Safety Meetings Strengthen Our ISO 45001 Commitment
We kicked off our monthly safety meetings on Friday and followed up with the second session today — with just one more to go for our West office team. These sessions form an important part of how we maintain and continually improve our ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management System, ensuring safety remains at the heart of everything we do.

Across the meetings, we’ve been covering some key topics designed to help us live our values and strengthen our safety culture:
Using Stop Cards effectively: Exploring where to find Stop Cards in our operating system, how to complete them properly, and what happens next. These cards play a vital role in encouraging everyone to identify hazards and take part in continuous improvement.
Management review and action: Demonstrating how our leadership team reviews, tracks, and acts on submitted Stop Cards to ensure meaningful change and support a proactive safety management system.
Introducing trauma suspension straps: We’ve added trauma suspension straps as part of our rescue plans, helping improve worker protection and response times during potential fall incidents.
It’s been great to see such strong engagement and discussion across all sessions. These meetings really do make a difference — helping us share ideas, learn from each other, and strengthen the systems that underpin our ISO 45001 accreditation.

Every contribution, big or small, supports our ongoing commitment to a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace — and demonstrates our dedication to continuous improvement under ISO 45001.
