When the client first acquired the building, severe water ingress quickly became a major issue. The existing roof was heavily deteriorated, and the undersized valley gutter system was unable to cope with rainfall—resulting in frequent overflow and internal damage. Rather than applying short-term fixes, our team designed a comprehensive overcladding solution to address the root cause of the problem. The finished result is a building that is now fully watertight, significantly more energy-efficient, and visually transformed.

This project highlights how overcladding can provide a cost-effective, long-term alternative to full roof replacement—minimising disruption while maximising performance and lifespan.
